Update

Okay, so this is a little late, but Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We just had our first youth retreat this past weekend, and the last part of December was me getting ready for Christmas and the retreat, and visiting with my brother.

The retreat was excellent and a really good bonding experience for our youth group. And it was exactly what I needed too. The theme was "Extreme Makeover: Heart Edition" and it was about letting God remodel our hearts. I perhaps will post on each lesson I did, but no promises. In the meantime, I am working on a big one about how love is not control, but how we so easily confuse the two. It should be posted this week, because I'm already about half way done with it. Maybe it will help get me back into a writing mood, which I haven't really been in lately.

In the meantime, I am listening to some new "Real Men of Genius" Bud Light commercials that I downloaded. I think I now have the entire collection. They crack me up.
