Show this to preteens and teens. Show this to women who struggle with their body image. What we see in magazines and on movies is not real.
Women, if only you could see yourselves as most men do. Work on being a person of strong character. Strong character and confidence are very attractive, beyond what any physical characteristics can do.

Every time I see that video I am haunted by the millions of altered images I have seen in my life and how that has affected my sense of being. It makes me sad and angry. Thanks for posting it again.
